• The LWSF-125 series manual changeover switch is a high-quality device designed for safely switching between two power sources or loads in resistance and inductance hybrid circuits. With a rated current capacity of up to 125A, it supports 1P and 2P configurations at AC230V and 3P and 4P configurations at AC400V, operating at a frequency of 50/60Hz. The switch features an ON-OFF-ON operation mode, enabling manual control of power transfer and circuit isolation.
• This versatile switch is ideal for industrial applications, including switching power supplies for equipment, reversing motor direction, and exchanging voltage and current in measurement loops. It serves a dual purpose by providing both a switching and isolator function, ensuring reliable power management and safety in electrical systems.
• The LWSF-125 series is a small DIN rail-mounted switch that must be installed vertically. For safe operation, the upper terminals are connected to the power supply, and the lower terminals to the load, ensuring the movable contacts are disconnected without electricity during manual operation. Reverse wiring is not allowed. The switch must not be operated under load under normal circumstances to prevent damage and ensure safety.
• To switch power sources, the handle must be positioned accordingly:
• To disconnect both power sources (I and II), push the handle to the middle position (O). Both circuits will be OFF.
• To switch to power source II, push the handle upwards. Power II contact will turn ON while power I contact turns OFF.
• To switch to power source I, push the handle downwards. Power I contact will turn ON while power II contact turns OFF.
