• The HD11N series photovoltaic knife switch is designed for AC 50Hz systems with a rated voltage of 400V and below, a rated impulse withstand voltage of 6kV, and a rated current ranging from 63A to 250A. Available in 2P, 3P, and 4P configurations, this switch is widely applicable in power distribution equipment, including photovoltaic systems and grid boxes. It functions as a power and load isolation switch, suitable for infrequent manual switching and isolating the power supply.
• The PV knife switch is designed with visible contact positions and disconnection points, significantly improving personal safety and reducing the risk of accidental electric shock. Misaligned or crooked contacts must not be used, as improper positioning of the contact knife can result in poor contact surfaces, leading to a rapid temperature rise and potential fire hazards.
• The HD11N series PV knife switch addresses the inconvenience of traditional knife switch installations by offering two flexible mounting methods: rail mounting or baseplate installation. This flexibility makes it suitable for various operational environments. Wiring can be performed without opening the cover, streamlining the installation process and improving overall efficiency.
• The PV knife switch features thickened full-copper components, ensuring excellent conductivity and durability. A newly designed fastening ring further enhances the tightness and security of the contact, ensuring stable and reliable performance during operation. Arc insulation plates can be installed to provide additional safety, especially in environments where extra protection against arc flashes is required.
